What is BeeHiveStack?
BeeHiveStack LLC is a small Tennessee technology company. We're the company behind BeeHive (an AI receptionist) and a few other tools for small businesses. We also set up and run a complete Tech Stack for local businesses: the website, phone, customer list and payment tools they use every day.
I'm not a tech person. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Most of our customers aren't. We do the setup, we explain things in plain English, and we're a call or email away when something comes up.
How much does it cost?
Every business is different, so the Business Tech Stack is a custom quote. You'll see the price in writing before anything starts. Websites start at $497, and monthly BeeHive Care plans run $147 to $397 a month. See Services & Pricing. Each of our brands lists its own pricing on its own site.
Do I have to switch everything at once?
No. Lots of folks start with one piece, like a website or an AI receptionist, and add more later. We'll work with what you already have when it makes sense.
Who owns my website and customer list?
You do. Your business name, your domain and your customer information belong to your business. We just build and run the tools.
Do you only work with businesses in Tennessee?
We're based in East Tennessee and love working with local businesses here, but almost everything we do works remotely, so we can help businesses anywhere in the U.S.
